My goal is that the AIDA RSG course guidelines that were initially developed by me should be available
to the little ones in Budapest after
its successes in Berlin

Special equipment from the world’s most beautiful sport, RG, will enchant all of our princesses in one minute. The use of hoops, balls, ropes and ribbons seamlessly improve coordination, agility and muscle structure whilst being part of a magical team.

Feel free to apply, I look forward meeting everyone!

ABOUT

The AIDA RG provides RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS course for preschoolers.

RG is one of the most complex and feminine sports of our world, with the help of its sport-specific equipment (hoop, ball, rope and ribbon) it is able to improve the children’s coordination, dexterity, space and sense of balance. During training, proper posture, proper skeletal muscle and joint mobility (flexibility) develops. In addition to gymnastics, the main components of the training are mastering rhythmic gymnastics equipment, ballet elements and basic coordination exercises. The sport teaches the children respect and how to be persistent. The group activities filled with fun games provide joy and physical activity. Our course offers 50 minute classes for 4-5 year old girls.

Our trainer, Aida Farkas ( maiden name Aida Szigeti) was a gymnast in the Óbuda-Kalász RG TC in Budapest for 6 years, during which she represented our nation as a member of the national team. After her career as a gymnast, she graduated from the Testnevelési Egyetem with a degree in physical education as a rhythmic gymnastics sport trainer and continued working as a trainer for more than nine years.

In 2016, she moved to Berlin and coached the Berlin junior national team at the Elite Schule des Sports alongside Angelika Lepekha from Ukraine. During her career in Berlin she further developed her training skills in order to raise the most successful gymnasts.

Throughout her career as a trainer, gymnasts of various ages achieved podium positions in German, Hungarian and international competitions.

In 2018 she has founded her own private course, the AIDA RSG in Berlin, for preschoolers she feels closest working to. Starting from September 2019 she has been working with the little ones in Budapest in accordance with her proven training methods under the name of AIDA RG.
